Ava Robbins

Life has a way of piling on more than we ever feel prepared for. When the present feels overwhelming, it can awaken old hurts you’ve tried to cope with on your own. Maybe you’re noticing emotions that feel too big, patterns you can’t seem to shift, or a sense that you’re “just getting through the day” instead of truly living it. You may feel disconnected, ashamed, exhausted, or unsure where to turn next. If this sounds like you, you don’t have to sort through any of this alone- I want to support you!

Hi, I’m Ava. I work with teens and adults experiencing CPTSD, anxiety, depression, low self-worth, relationship difficulties, and the impacts of childhood trauma, sexual abuse, domestic violence, and attachment wounds. I approach therapy through a relational and trauma-informed lens. I am trained in EMDR and my work draws from parts work, mindfulness, psychodynamic therapy, and nature-based therapy. To put it simply, I help people make sense of their experiences and reconnect with themselves.

During our time together, we might laugh, cry, share pet photos, talk about books, or nerd out about the things we love- and together, we’ll explore what’s been weighing on you. You deserve a space where all of who you are is welcomed. I look forward to meeting you and walking alongside you on your healing journey.
