Diane Kreger

Diane has been working with children, adults, and families for 30 years. Her experience is with a variety of issues such as:

  • Trauma
  • Anxiety and depression
  • Family communication
  • Parenting
  • Grief and loss
  • Life transition
  • LGBTQ issues
  • Relationships

Diane has individual and group experience in many settings. She is dedicated to building a strong therapeutic relationship with an eye toward individual strengths and resiliences. Her therapeutic approaches include: EMDR, IADC therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and drama therapy.

Diane currently provides clinical consultation for mental health professionals so that they may develop their skills as therapists. She works with clinicians from all disciplines that are seeking support and guidance on complex trauma cases. She is also part of a crisis response debriefing team in the event of a community tragedy.

She has been a performer in a local improvisational theater company and uses her improvisational skills in a therapeutic context.
