I believe therapy should feel like a place where you can take a deep breath, let your guard down, and be your authentic self. My goal is to walk alongside you in your journey, not as an expert with all the answers, but as a supportive figure who truly listens and helps you find your own path forward.
I specialize in working with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship stress, and major life transitions. For younger clients, I often incorporate play therapy, while for adults and teens I blend talk therapy with evidence-based strategies.
My foundation is person-centered therapy, but I integrate approaches like CBT, attachment-based work, and resilience-focused techniques to match your unique needs. Together, I hope to help you build coping skills, work through painful experiences, or strengthen the resilience you already carry.
I believe that therapy is about creating a safe, steady space where healing feels possible. Taking the first step to reach out can feel daunting, but it can also be the start of meaningful change. Please reach out to me if you feel we would be a good fit. I’m looking forward to working together!
Please feel free to reach out to me at 313-416-9606 or fran.hall@arborwellnesscenter.
