Lynda Schultz, Clinical Social Worker, M.S.W., LLMSW

I am a general psychotherapy practitioner experienced in crisis intervention, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), anxiety, depression attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and life transitions. I have a Masters Degree from Michigan State University and provide individual outpatient counseling to older adolescents, young adults and adults. I enjoy working with a diverse clientele and have worked with homeless and runaway youth, families in crisis and individuals going through life changes along with providing therapy to individuals and groups of various ages and identities.

To reach your therapeutic goals I will employ various therapeutic approaches while remaining trauma-informed, strength based and client-centered. I will work to help individuals come to better understand themselves, as well as how to better cope with the challenges that life may bring.
