My clients are often struggling with being triggered from past trauma, relationship issues, or feeling overwhelmed with decisions they need or want to make. My clients and I work together to arrive at a place where there is an improved sense of well-being. We work together to notice, acknowledge, and process how the beliefs that were formed many years ago affect life in the here and now. We then identify and develop healthier resources for a more positive life journey.
I firmly believe in the idea of “speak your mind, even if your voice shakes” as therapy is often the first time people can share their story and begin the healing process.
