Yoga Classes

yoga at arbor wellness centerArbor Wellness Center seeks to support healing and transformation through attending to mind, body and spirit. Yoga encompasses a wide range of practices including attention to the breath and body. Increasingly researchers across the globe are describing the positive effects of this ancient practice for both physical and mental health. The practice of yoga can be used as the primary treatment modality for a variety of mental health issues, as an adjunct to psychotherapy, or as part of a health and wellness routine. For some practitioners, yoga becomes linked to exploration or support of their spiritual life.

Yoga classes at the Arbor Wellness Center encourage students to engage with the practice according to their individualized needs. Students may be seeking primarily physical benefits, emotional support or mood management, mental clarity or spiritual exploration. All are welcome.

Arbor Wellness Center offers yoga and meditation classes and private sessions in an intimate, comfortable setting. Our classes are small. Our newly renovated space holds 8 – 10 people comfortably, allowing for individual attention and interaction with the teacher. Our offerings are designed to address a range of issues – from stress management and relaxation to depression, anxiety and trauma – while providing the benefits of physical practice.

For those seeking more tailored instruction, private or semi-private sessions are available and can be booked by contacting the instructor directly.
