Jeremy Tacon

The journey of finding a therapist that you feel safe and confident with can be overwhelming, but it is the brave first step towards your own healing. Through my travels I have come to appreciate how empathy and compassion are the key to happy and healthy lives, no matter what country or culture we find ourselves in. I believe that everyone deserves respect and validation and through my client centered approach to therapy, I strive to provide a relaxed, gentle, and non-judgmental environment that allows for my clients to feel safe and seen.

The Indigenous Maori people in my home country of New Zealand have a proverb that reads,

He aha te mea nui o te ao
He tangata, he tangata, he tangata
In English, it translates to,
What is the most important thing in the world?
It is people, it is people, it is people.

I am seeing people through telehealth or in person in the Huntington Woods area. You can reach me through the contact form or at
