Using a multidisciplinary approach, I will validate your experiences and accompany you on your journey toward emotional freedom. Philosophically humanistic and psychodynamic, my key areas of clinical focus are women’s issues such as breast cancer diagnosis and long term survivorship, postpartum depression, self-esteem, chronic stress, mommy burnout, generalized anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and loss.
